Mr. Nicholas has stolen our insurance money to build back our home after water damage and subsequent mold. He claims to be a Christian, but lies about cost, work hours etc. He is working with a remediation company now as their "put back" contractor also, and will put your house back together without consulting the owner. When we asked him to breakdown and detail each item and cost for the reconstruction of our home, he stated "if I told customers what things cost there would be no money in it for me". He has been reported to the attorney general a few other times according to a Google review,. He is a thief , and fits the profile of theft by deception perfectly . We will not allow anyone to steal money from us without a fight. Our family was in a hotel almost 9 weeks waiting on this man, and his employers the remediation company destroyed our property. We finally realized we were dealing with crooks, and are now renting a house while our house sits there until Mr. Nicholas returns the money paid to him as a down payment. Run if you see his name. I'm not sure if this man even has any kind of contractor license. When I requested it he ignored my request . Fortunately I have documentation to support above statements.
