Yesterday, I had the pleasure of shopping at the Sally’s in Plattsburg, NY! A delightful young lady, Pauline, was at the front door to welcome me and she courteously helped me find almost everything on my long Sally’s list! There was only one small item you all don’t carry that I was trying to find but no worries! My experience was wonderful and I am already looking forward to my return! Pauline was very professional and she showed genuine interest in my needs. Her cheerful personality and excellent customer service skills should make Sally’s very proud of her and they should be terribly pleased to have her as an exemplary employee! Thanks for a great time, Pauline! I love everything I purchased!!

very rude when you call on the phone I tried to get information about a straightener and the worker who answered me was extremely rude. I won't be returning.
