Our dealership would not fit us in for a NYS inspection so I called Garvey Hyundai and they booked us for the next day! Great service considering we didn't buy the car there and it was a different brand.

i.e., A local favorMy wife and I visited Garvey Hyundai this past weekend; looking for a AWD vehicle for my wife. We dealt with Brian Baker; who was more helpful than we could have ever hoped for! Brian not only went above and beyond to assist us, including staying over an hour past their regular business hours and paying attention to every detail to make sure we were 100% satisfied with Garveys service. I am writing this review to express my first car buying experience. First and for most I would like to thank Elvis Garrow at Garvey Hyundai North for getting me set up with the perfect car. I purchased a Elantra from Elvis and the Garvey crew. Not only was the customer service superb but the buying experience was enjoyable as well. Elvis and the crew helped me find the perfect car that fit my needs and made this a pleasant experience. You always hear the horror stories of buying a car hence why I had never purchased a new one. Hesitant I was but was very happy by the time I drove away in my new car. Elvis and the Garvey crew made this the perfect buy for me and I HIGHLY recommend that if you are looking to purchase a new car to go and visit Elvis at Garvey Hyundai North in Plattsburgh NY. You will not be sorry.

Great staff always willing to help with anything

This place is great i needed a truck they had a used Toyoda in the lot that morning drove out that afternoon with it. They got me the loan transferred plates all in one day love it no whiting.

Don't believe everything you hear. I've been to Garvey's several times, my friend bought from them, I've recommended another friend who went and bought just recently (and even got money for it! My friend who referred me did too... you just have to be sure to go to their referral site 'first') and we've all had a positive experience, not to mention, a deal we couldn't beat anywhere else, frankly, I had the best experience ever at this dealer, I was just looking online today for the number quick to ask them about something and saw here, it was rated only one, that is not right, not to mention, I got to meet Sean Garvey personally when I bought, and he's terrific! Real nice guy, I never had a bad experience here and not familiar with anyone else who has!

I entered this establishment today with intentions of purchasing a new vehicle. The sales representative was informative and very sociable, however; the manager appeared when I wanted more information and wanted to discuss the price. He was very aggressive, rude, and refused to negotiate prices with me. He stated that he was not going to give me anymore information if I was just going to go to another dealer and use it against him. I was shocked. I told him I planned on looking around to find the best deal. I explained I was a recent graduate with a new job and was just looking for the best price for the vehicle I wanted. He told me he was no longer going to discuss anything with me if I was going to go elsewhere.
