I was very displeased with how I was treated when given the wrong information by an employee. I would have been happy with a simple apology. My dog came back with multiple bite marks, bare elbows and noticeable skin missing off her nose. This is the second dog I brought to Pet Lodge & ultimately I think they have too many dogs in daycare. Find someplace else that actually cares about you & your pet.

Love Dr Brown, but this kennel is dirty, expensive, and managed by gals that are more interested in gripping at other customers after they leave than in taking care of the kennel or the dogs. Looks great on the outside and the web page, but it's gross if you get back to where the dogs are kept. Find another (unfortunately, Adirondack Pet Hotel is run by the same gang the same way). Keep looking!!
