I am a general orthopaedic surgeon with Fellowship training in adult hip and knee reconstruction (Total Hips and Knees) and Sports Medicine (Rotator Cuff Repairs, ACL injurys, Meniscal Tears). My training began at the University of Wisconsin where I received both my Bachelors Degree and my Medical Degree. I then completed 5 grueling years of residency at The University of Washington in Seattle. During my residency education, I was exposed to the full spectrum of orthopedic care - trauma, fracture care, hand, spine, foot & ankle, pediatrics, sports medicine and joint replacement care. After residency, I want to subspecialize in both Joint Replacement and Sports Medicine. By gaining subspecialized fellowship training, my exposure and depth in these areas were greatly expanded. I completed two selective fellowships in these two fields. The first was an Adult Hip and Knee Reconstruction Fellowship at Harvard's Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, MA. The second, was a Sports Medicine Fellowship in Rochester, NY.
