Great Place to tan. It's the only place I've been since moving to the KC area and haven't had a reason to anywhere else.

This is a wonderful place to go for tanning or a hydro-massage. The new owner and store manager have turned this place completely around. Clean, friendly staff, state of the art facility. The manager, Demi, is anxious to make Sun Spa #1 in the Northland!

New owners are amazing! They are super knowledgeable and friendly. Not pushy like most tanning salons. They are far different than the old owner. Beds are great, many choices of beds. Great place!!

The owner of the store contacted my fiancé who has been using this business for I believe over a year. The owner called and in a very rude manner accusing my fiancé of stealing a bottle of lotion. My fiancé in a polite manner said she did not take anything from the store and told her where she left it. The owner then said it was not there and refused to look at the tapes to give any proof of anything stolen. Which to be honest if my fiancé did still I don't know how because she had on leggings which as most of us know are tight on the body along with a tight top. The owner kept accusing her of stealing and calling the police for shop lifting. My fiancé gave her the to ahead to charge her for the lotion that she did not even use or take.



Now she is canceling not because of her being accused of stealing but because the owner is such a horrible person. We now have to send a letter to can me it which is bull crap and we WILL be sueing if they even dare take anymore money out of our bank account after we cancel our month to month membership.

Avoid this business, tanning salons are a dime a dozen, I would find a different one.

Extremely rude owner and I second the poor business practices. My wife canceled her tanning membership over 6 months ago and SunSpa is still charging our credit card. When we called to resolve the situation the owner (yes the owner) called my wife and was rude beyond belief, she even hung up on my wife. We are now disputing the charges with the credit card company. If at all possible I would avoid this business, they are rude and untrustworthy. Forces you to cancel via certified mail, tanning places are a dime a dozen, go somewhere else.
