No customer service. Went in today and an employee was sitting at the door on the outside talking on his cell phone. No one inside offer to help. Thank goodness I knew what i needed. I'll be going to home and feed on running house from now on.

We took our push lawn mower in to have it serviced (blade sharpening and an oil change). We were told it would be no more than $30.00 for the complete service. We were told it would be done in a day to two days; it took 8 days to complete the service. When we went to pick it up it was $68.00. The cashier could not explain why it was higher than normal. But she did admit that is was higher than normal. She told us the owner Jeff would be in on Monday and he would speak to us about the charges. He was not in the store on Monday; we called on Tuesday and Wednesday. We finally received a phone call back on Wednesday. He said that was the normal cost. We like to shop local, but it is obvious Jeff is not interested in keeping his customers happy. Do not trust this store. WE WILL TAKE OUR BUSSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Although this store has a small selection they are very helpful and nice unlike Ranch and Home n Running Horse. This Eggen's True Value is the complete opposite, Nice and helpful, just small selection. They also have a rental center and will Fill you portable propane tank cheap, or cheaper than the exchange program at local grocery stores.
