The only reason there is 1 star is because they don't have an option for none. This company in plaquemine could care less if you need a rotation or any other service. I purchased 2 sets of high $$$ tires here and I was told they would rotate my tires for the life of my tires. First service I had them rotated and a plug put in when I got home I noticed the tire leaking. I went back up n my husbands truck and I told them which tire was leaking 3 times and they still could not fix it so I went to the back and showed him where the leak was. He plugged a second hole and I left. I called yesterday to schedule a rotation and I was told to call back on the next day to see if they could do it. I called back again to see if they could do it and the man that owned this business said tell your husband to be here at 2:30 and He would do it. My husband gets there at 2:00 and he says he can't do it. He made my hubby waste $20.00 in gas and he refused to do the rotation because his back hurts and his technition is no there, why the hell did he tell my to send my husband up there if he was not going to do what was promised. I have spent $2,40000 there and I promise you if I have to drive 500 miles to bye Goodyear tires I will before I stop at this place again.
