Excellent, Professional Service!

They diagnosed my problem and provided a detailed quote in about an hour. They had the tranny completely rebuilt, re-installed, and ready for pick-up the next day. Jerry provided a very thorough explanation for what may have caused the problem, and how to avoid problems in the future.

i was perfect candidate/target to be taken advantage of. other transmission shops claimed my manual transmission had to be removed because of an internal problem in the gear box which was causing difficulties when shifting into reverse and 5th gear. honest jerry checked out my vehicle and discovered an exterior issue on the transmission shifting cables which he corrected leaving me with a puny bill !!!!

I would highly recommend Transmission King to anyone. The price was honest and the staff explained the problem, did exactly what they said they would, and the service was done on time. My transmission feels like new. Thanks.

Unable to perform proper diagnostics of entire transmission system.

Charged over $2000 for repairs on the transmission that are doubtful and unverifiable. transmission is still bad and its the I was told to take it to the dealer for a new computer or no warranty. The computer for the transmission is PART OF THE ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM. Over 23 cases in Bro ward County Courts involve "Transmission King".

Re: Br.Cnty.Courts. In the last 50 years there were 11 Transmission Kings that were individually owned and we are now the only one that has not gone "out of business" because our priority is CUSTOMER SERVICE. The gentleman was advised that after completing his transmission it was necessary to go to BMW and have his computer updated or replaced as BMW saw fit. He in turn opted to purchase a computer over the internet and install it himself and there by burnt the tramsmission again. A precaution put in place by BMW insuring that they will be performing these necessary repairs states that no can tamper with the vehicle information especially the odemeter. Although the new transmission was burnt again, we invited the gentlemen to do what we originally asked him to do, and in turn we would AGAIN free of charge replace his transmission and give him 2 YEARS OR 24,000 MILE WARRANTY instead of the 1 year 12,000 mile warranty. Thanks Transmission King!!!!

The transmission of our 2004 Chrysler Pacifica would not shift out of first gear.

Jerry, at Transmission King, sent a tow truck to our home AT NO COST and brought the car to his shop. Jerry did a complete check of our transmission and a repair that would have cost us over $3000.00 at other transmission shops.....................came out to be 1/2 that at Transmission King!!!!! Complete with 12 month warranty!

Jerry, at Transmission King, was a Navy Sailor during the Vietnam era..............and has SPECIAL DISCOUNTS for fellow shipmates!

Thanks Jerry for doing such a GREAT JOB!

Honest & Reliable

We were told by another transmission shop that we needed to have a rebuilt transmission at the cost of $2900.00. We decided to get another estimate and chose this company based on the yellow pages online listing. We took my car (97 Mercedes) in on Saturday morning expecting to hear it would cost about the same or may $100 or so less. Jerry took the car out on the road to test drive it and then connected it to a computer. To our surprise Jerry called us to the counter and said, "look, if I just wanted to take your money, I could say that you needed a new transmission, but our computer shows that you just need a major tune up" and then GAVE us the results from the computer to take it to whoever we would have do the tune up, showing which plugs was misfiring and a few other tune up related things!!

How often do you find someone in business this honest? Although we did not have our vehicle repaired by him, we gave him an EXCEPTIONAL rating because anyone that honest, we figured, probably does EXCEPTIONAL work as well. We highly recommend him.
