The Florida Limited Partnership GEB Computer Training LTD was established in November 1996 to provide training and employable skills in the computer related industry In November 1996, the organization started to operate under a franchise model after joining a worldwide team of centers as New Horizons Computer Learning Centers of South Florida In July 1997, our Miami center opened with ten classrooms The opening of two more centers, Plantation and West Palm Beach, followed, and allowed us to expand our reach in the South Florida Market In October 2022, the school left the franchise model and started to operate under the TechLaunch Academy TechLaunch name
