Highly incompetent & unprofessional. This office nearly sabotaged my purchase of a property with their ineptitude.

I was charged $150 for an HOA application by this outfit. Not only was the app processed incorrectly, nearly destroying my purchase of a property & prolonging the entire process needlessly but I was overcharged for said application. Come to find out after the fact they were never supposed to be processing my hoa application to begin with.



I advise extreme caution when dealing with these people. If you must do biusiness ,stay on top of them until your business is concluded & do not take anything this office tells you at face value.

Very unprofessional. I had scheduled an appointment with Katy Patterson and when I called to confirm I was forwarded to an answering service; I was then informed that no one would be in the office until after my scheduled meeting time. I chose to ignore the review and wasted my time dealing with these people. I hope this helps others to steer clear of this company.
