They did and excellent job and I could not be happier.

Scope of work:

Replace old patio with pavers ( I had the patio removed by another company). Raise the beam of the pool 3 inches. Install new coping, tiles, skimmer, pool return eye balls, pool finish, ladder moved to new location, run conduit for pool light and install new pad for pool pump and filter with plumbing.

See the attached pics for finish product. I would absolutely recommend Parkwood pools.

One not is to be sure you are there for the process so there are no miscommunications and any changes that may be needed you can address.

From the beginning of our interaction with Parkwood Pools up until the pavers went in, we were impressed with their professionalism and how they moved the project along in a timely basis. They even worked hard and were able to blow in the Gunite before the arrival of impeding hurricane warnings this past Fall. Paving crew was especially talented and we enjoyed watching them trim pavers with such ease.

The result was a resort-like backyard that we will enjoy for years to come. The sheer-descent water features add a beautiful focal to our pool as well as provide a relaxing ambiance. We are extremely happy with the saline filtration system they recommended and do not miss the chlorine smell and irritation we've experienced with traditional chlorine systems.

All in all, we couldn't be happier with our new backyard and we're happy to have chosen Parkwood Pools to handle the project.

Parkwood just finished installing my new pool in Delray Beach. They did a tremendous job. We're in time, budget and schedule! I'm in the construction industry as my profession and understand the complications that can happen, however, Parkwood is the utmost professional for design, turn key product install and the entire process from start to finish. If you live in South Florida this company is the only one to use!!!

We went shopping around looking for a good pool builder contractor and we found Parkwood Pools. We call the office and contact Bruyn Clark. He help us to design a beautiful pool. He is awesome. The first day of construction, the owner Bill Adams showed up to ensure everything was going smoothly. I knew then, I would be in good hands with this company. We get a call from Todd Greco, he went over every detail with me and how things were going to be broken down from start to finish. Todd was great, he answered all my questions and managed the whole building of the pool. I just sat back and watched the pool get built, it was amazing. Todd also help us with the alarms and made sure Paul the fence guy was coming out on the days he said. My pool was complete in a timely fashion and it met our expectation. When people see our pool they can’t believe how great it looks. This is a professional company that really cares about their customers. We want to thank Parkwood Pool and Pavers for my brand new beautiful pool. I couldn't have been more pleased. We had a entire positive experience from the office personal, Jackie that help us to pick beautiful tiles and pavers and a lot of ideas, very professional, the office staff that handle all the paper work, the field supervisor and the owner himself. I walked into this with a pool design in mind. This is my first experience having anything built and had no idea how the building process worked. I called their office for a quote and was given an appointment for one of their reps to come to my home and give me a free estimate. I was very impressed. The guy I met with was very nice and could answer every question I had and mind you, I had a ton. haha. I explained to him exactly what I wanted and he was able to render a pool design on his laptop for me. It was exactly what I wanted, colors, shape and he even included some of my landscaping ideas so that I could get a clear picture of how it would all look! Throughout the construction process, their project supervisor kept me informed every step of the way and any time I had a question, their office staff was able to assist me with anything I needed. It really helped to make it easier from beginning to end and the finished product is beautiful! I am so happy I decided to go with parkwood and Im loving my new pool.

In the past 6 months, I have had tons of work done on my house, so I know the good from the bad.



I had a great experience with Parkwood Pools putting in a brand new pool and jacuzzi. It was a tough decision to find a pool company I liked after a lot of horror stories I heard and read about. I have to say that working with Parkwood was a great overall experience - they are on time and do what they say. They stuck to the original schedule they gave me, and once they broke ground it was 8 weeks from start to the day we got in the pool! There weren't any hidden fees and they stuck to the agreed upon contracted price. They assigned me a project manager, and he kept me up to date with the day-to-day details of the pool project. The couple of times I had questions or an issue, Bill (the owner) was extremely responsive and got my problem fixed right away. Overall, I would definitely recommend them to my friends. In fact, my neighbor is using them to re-do something with his pool and backyard pavers now!

I shopped around for various quotes when considering installing a pool in our backyard. I had heard so many horror stories from friends/family who had gone through the process so I was extremely cautious. I can honestly say that from the get go, the service I received from Parkwood Pools was exceptional. My husband and I dealt with Dave Kotter from the beginning to the end. He was always available to talk to us no matter the time or the day of the week. The process was nowhere as bad as I had been time. On the contrary, it went pretty smooth and was completely very close to the deadline date.



Even after the pool was completed, we've had to call Dave for some guidance questions, and he has always made himself available. Without a doubt, I would definitely recommend Parkwood Pools to anyone.

Parkwood Pools delivered a magnificent salt water pool and spa ahead of schedule and beyond my best expectations. Their team worked meticulously on every detail beginning with the overall design and the choice of tiles and ending with the travertine pavers surrounding the pool and rear yard. We are so happy we chose Parkwood for our contractor. Thanks to Bruyn Clark and Bill Adams and Jackie the rest of the office team.

After meeting with a half dozen contractors, I went with Parkwood. Very professional and buttoned up with all new technology and stellar customer service. The folks at Parkwood don't stop until the pool reaches the customers expectations and are very welcoming to working with your needs from overall pool design to being sensitive to your budget. Amazing service, they took care of everything, the started at the schedule time, they took care of the permit and the building department craziness, very professional and I had to deal before with contractors when we remodel our house always a problem and few solutions, but it was a pleasure working with this company, they know what they are doing. Very happy with final product

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the work provided by Parkwood Pools/Pavers. Not only do they have a very kind and friendly customer service team their end product is abolutely beautiful! They finished our new pool and paver patio just in time for us to have our 4th of July cookout. We had the most amazing time and were so proud to show off our new pool and patio. I would recommend Parkwood to anyone. Their prices are very reasonable and will give you a free quote!

What a GREAT experience and pleasure it was to do business with a company that does what it says it will do. I will definitly refer Parkwood to all my friends and family.

The finish was a poor quality and they offered no repairs. They did not stand behind their warranty. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend any of their services and it was an all-around bad experience.

I hired Parkwood Pools to do a new pool for me in January 2013. It was finished April 2013 and is amazing. The showed up every time they said they would and they were very professional. I had one minor construction issue and they fixed it the very next day. I had interviewed 6 pool companies to do the job and 2 of them bad mouthed Parkwood, but I spent enough time dealing with Bill, Dave and Todd personally that I can say with certainty that all of those things were blatant lies. The criticism was so untrue that I felt compelled to write a review, which I never do. One of my friends hired a different company in December of 2012 and here it is June 2013 and his pool is not done and he has gotten nothing but excuses and problems the whole time.
