She is an active member of the American Academy of Neurology (AAN) and the American Academy of Neuro Electrodiagnostic Medicine (AANEM) as well as various other medical organizations. Dr Shankar is a caring, compassionate and detail oriented neurologist who spends quality time with every patient.
