I made an appointment with the hair stylist I wanted, but was instead placed in the chair of a very sweet stylist who was on her first day. (This wasn't clarified to me until the end of my appointment.) I asked for a trim. Long story short, I had 6 inches of my hair hacked off real unevenly. That was "complimentary", but I got charged $60 extra for a style that was not even what I asked for. I will have to fly out of state to my old stylist to have this trimmed more & evened up. Never had hair this short! Tried to talk things over with management. Huge attitude, no remorse, accusatory. Very disappointed in overall experience. Her response to me, "Girl go do something . Your hair was terrible and damaged when Yu came in lol like it's unbelievable that Yu are upset cause your hair is "shorter" your hair is not uneven . Any hairstylist you go to would have cut those horrific ends . Lol you don't know if Yu wana be mad up not . And you continue to be a fan . Get a life ." How professional.
