I had to file a complaint with the Florida Department of Health due to his negligence in treating my child. They call him Dr. in his office and he is a LCSW (Social Worker). He dismissed my child and stopped therapy because the courts were involved and he did not want to "get involved to protect his reputation". Now my child is worst off than before. Avoid at all costs if you want a responsible and ethical therapist.
