That's what happens when you deal with an unlicensed wannabe architect - do yourself a favor, do not hire a drafter hire a professional.

Joe and Clint are a fantastic team. I started with an idea of the house I wanted and they took it all the way to Final Construction Drawings/Engineering and Sight Plan. They were very quick with revisions and willing to get everything the way I wanted it. If you are considering building a custom home or addition, talk to these guys. They can draw exactly what you want for what I thought is a very reasonable rate. Great job and thanks again.

Joe Youman does not care about the plans he pretends to create. He maybe will spend 10 minutes on the project. He asks money upfront then ignores your calls. He then says he is really busy and will get back to you after he gets back from his vacation which he tends to take several a year. We have worked with him for one year and our plans keep getting denied from our contractor and the county. He lacks experience and pays no attention to detail. His first plan of our waterfront residential plan had NO CLOSETS in the master bedroom. We gave him a must have list and he failed to add anything to our plan. We then decided to draw our own interior plan so he can draw it up. I still tried to give him the benefit of the doubt because he seemed to be fairly priced. However that ended when he kept asking for additional money for changes that he had to make due TO HIS ERRORS!!!!! He refused to return my calls and has stolen our money without giving us plans that can be approved by the county. He has zero knowledge in building codes! We are now being forced with the decision to start all over with a new draftsman and start a law suit. He uses an engineer ARKAY ENGINEERING that obviously does not review the plans and ensure they meet code.
