Worst haircut of my life wet and cut way too short never asked how much I wanted cut off and also left strands of hair when they cut the sides that just hang down.I will never let this place hack at my hair anymore!!!!!

I recommend not going to this salon due to one employee who will give you a miserable hair cut. I was going to this Great Clips for quite some time and never had an issue, until one day my hair was cut by an older gentlemen there. He did NOT listen to what I asked him to do. He left the top way too long, and uneven. The left side of my hair was longer than the right. He also did a crappy job on buzzing my hair, leaving, again, several uneven spots. He did not properly fade my hair, leaving the edges of my hair line way too long. A good guess as to why he messed up my hair would be the fact that he was paying attention to the other employee's conversation behind us. I could tell while he was buzzing my sides that he was not paying attention and frankly did not care. Also, he stank of residual cigarette smoke while his hands were near my face. Least he could have done was sanitized or used some lotion. Personally I hate the smell of cigarettes. So I did what anyone would do, reported him to corporate. I get an email from the manager back, and rather than saying "Oh we are sorry, please come back in and we'll fix it," he defended his employee. His email read "I assure you that your experience is outside the norm for both our salon and this stylist in particular. He is one of my most senior and experienced stylists and complaints are extremely unusual from the customers he services." Go on Google or any other review site and you will find complaints about this same guy. I chose not to go back there because now the manager is trying to defend his employee over a loyal customer. I don't care who you are or what business you run, you DO NOT defend your employee over the customer. So good job great clips, you lost a customer.
