i have lived in plant city since 1980, and have never had a problem with anyone or any business until i took my belongings to this business.they are horribly rude, they add fees that are extremely unfair.there is only one person on the contract and my boyfriend was in the hospital for an extended amount of time. his name was the only one on the contract and i never knew that would be a

problem, well i moved into a home while he was in the hospital and i wanted to get my stuff out, i had a durable power of attorney for my boyfriend to take care of all his affairs, took that to the buckeye and THEY DENIED MY ACCESS TO MY BELONGINGS!!! they said i had to go to court and take up a judges and at a cost (just to get my thing out). they knew i want to remove everything from the units and they didnt want that!! we didnt have the money to continue paying and i didnt have the money to go to court.bottonline, now we are so far behind, BECAUSE OF THE HIGH FEES AND THEY THREATEN AUCTIONING OFF MY THINGS ALL THE TIME!!!! i was all paid

up at the time i came in there with the power of attorney, and now i owe more than i could ever pay.

Worst storage ever, The guy brad in the office was very rude and unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
