My husband and I want to thank Mr. Ammerman for his courteous and professional service. We purchased some heavy-duty gauge wire mesh to make a large bird cage. Unbeknownst to us, this wire gauge was much thicker than our wire cutters could handle, so we called up Mr. Ammerman for advice. Not only was he courteous and helpful, he went out of his way by twice calling us back to leave additional information. This is a kindness and a courtesy that is no longer common among most vendors today. Thank you, Mr. Ammerman.
