This company is the most incompetent business that I have ever had the pleasure (NOT) of dealing with. Over 2 years ago I received a splint from my doctor and returned it with the permission of their rep in South Florida at Florida Shores Brace Systems. This is a sub company of Viscent Orthopedic. I returned it and followed all the instructions given to me by the local rep and was told it would take about 2 months for the company to stop billing me. Two months go by, and I was still getting billed for an item that I had returned. I called to speak with the local rep and was informed that she was no longer with the company. The new rep said that she would make sure that all billing would cease. Needless to say, that never happened. After numerous phone calls over the next 18 months, I finally realized that the only way to make it go away, was to pay for a product that I didn't have. I paid it on Feb 3, 2015. It is now March 23, 2015 and I just got off a phone call with Viscent Orthopedic Solutions collection company asking for payment on an account that was paid 6 weeks ago. I was also threatened with being reported to the credit bureaus. If you have anything to do with this company or any of subsidiaries BEWARE and don't believe anything they tell you.
