We have been customers & fans of Total Air & Heat for nearly 30 years, and would never consider having another company handle our needs. Their professionalism is amazing, and we have referred this outstanding group many times over the years.

We have used Total Air & Heat for 4 or 5 years now and we could not be happier with their professionalism and expertise. They show up when they say they will and do a great job, taking care of our home's A/C & heating systems. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

When I needed one of my outdoor units replaced Total came in and did a great job. The house is more comfortable than ever. They were on-time and very professional.

When I needed my outdoor unit replaced I called Jeff and he set me right up. The whole process went very smoothly, the workers were on-time and did a great job. The HVAC works great now and, most importantly, the house is cool and my electric bill went down. Great work guys!

Total Air and Heat Company replaced both of our systems this past year. The salesman Jeff was very thorough and professional. The installers were very clean and even vacuumed when they were done. The city inspector came out to check the completed work and gave the job 2 thumbs up. What a great experience! The best part is we never have felt more comfortable and our electric bill was cut in HALF.

Total Air and Heat replaced a complete system in my house this month. The air flow has never been this good. i worked with Jeff and he and the technicians were very responsible. They truly were not happy until i was.

They worked to get us a new system as soon as possible and worked under difficult conditions to get it installed in one day. I have been a customer of Total Air & Heat for many years and wouldn't consider using any other company for heating or air conditioning services. They recognize the value of true customer service. The sales person was very informative and I felt comfortable choosing a system to best meet my heating and cooling needs. The west side of my home was always hot in the summer. With my new system, I can set the temperature cool enough for comfortable sleeping that even my dogs occasionally crawl under the blankets if they get too cold. I love it!! Great company... great people... highly recommended.

I have used Total Air & Heat for maintenance and bought my last outside unit from them and recently bought a furnace from them that they installed. The Trane equipment has been VERY good and the Total Air & Heat staff - sales, office, maintenance, installers - have been honest, courteous, prompt, and a general pleasure. I recommend them.

We have used Total Air & Heat for the last 3 years, for both maintenance and new installation of our furnaces and air conditioning units. The service has been impeccable. Andrew and crew have been extremely professional and are always on time for their appts. They call ahead and let me know when they'll be there - it's not like the other places that give you a 4 hour window. They come at the time they say. I highly recommend

We called on Total Air and Heat when our AC went out during a very hot part of the summer. Of course it went out on a Friday night! They worked with us to schedule a quick Saturday appointment, even calling to fit us in earlier than we were initially scheduled. They fixed the problem quickly with a temporary fix so we were cool immediately and came out promptly the following week with the ordered part to make a permanent fix. We wish we had chosen them to put in our AC and heating system a few years ago instead of the company we went with!

We were looking to replace our current service provider and chose Total Air & Heat to try as a replacement. The service man found numerous problems and requested that an engineer come look at the whole system. This was done immediately. The engineer was professional and thorough. He went above & beyond to explain what needed to by done & why. Then he explained his solution. The work crews that did the work were professional and friendly. They too explained what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves! Our problems have been resolved and our home is now very comfortable.

Very professional, courteous, and competant technicians. Total Air and Heat have been keeping our system running well for a few years. Very pleased with the service provided.

Our air went out when temperatures were at a hundred plus.. We have two small children, so we tried to keep fans blowing until we could get someone to look at the system. It was miserable in our home. We called Total air and heat and they were able to come out and do their evaluation quickly. They provided two window units for our bedrooms to allow us to sleep comfortably at night until they could schedule the replacement of our system. The crew was at our house from 8:00 until 7:00 that evening. They worked diligently to fix everything and cleaned up all messes afterwards. David, our comfort specialist was there initially and through all visits including our inspection date to ensure everything was working well. We highly recommend Total Air and Heat!!!! They were wonderful.
