DO NOT use. Service man came out to look at a/c broke our attic stairs left debris all over the floor did not even clean up, said he would send someone to fix it....24 hours later nothing except a nearly 7000.00 repair estitmate. And now the entire staircase fell down nearly hitting my daughter and her baby. I call to see when they are coming to fix it, they put me on hold and then tell me the service guy said my husband told him it was already broken and not to worry about it?? I will take my $7000.00 business elsewhere..not going to trust them with that if they lie about a small thing. VERY RUDE girls in office basically acting as if we are lying. I expect a refund 110.00 service call! I will be contacting the BBB as well. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We have used this company since 2003. They are always on time, pay attention to detail, always wears shoe covers, and are a pleasure to deal with. They installed 2 new systems for us in 2012. Our utility bills were cut in half and we have never been more comfortable. GREAT People = Great Company. Thank you, Total Air.

Robert did a great job. He came out when he said he would and offered us options on how to repair our Compressor and explained the differences. When deciding to go with the less expensive option, he confirmed that it would work as well as the other option. We found this company on the Good Contractors List and were very happy with the quality of service they provided.

Total Heat & Air is always responsive to our needs, and were especially helpful when our fan broke on the hottest day of the year. Derek arrived at 9 am. when we had been without a/c overnight. He had the parts that had been specially obtained to complete the repair and did so very efficiently. Conditions were extremely hot in our attic. I appreciate his efforts so much. He also checked our unit, changed the filter and explained the condition of our unit and possible options to maintain it. I will request Derek the next time I call for service.

If you want a professional installation done well while taking great care to protect the rest of the property from any incidental damage during installation, then this is your guy. Total Air & Heat did my installation 15 years ago and I have no problem giving them high marks. They do what they say they will do and they do it well.

I have been a Total Air & Heat Company customer for several years and, because of their expertise, have maintained my Service Agreement for the last three years. Each of their Service Pros has been outstanding and I was really impressed with Derek during my last visit. We discussed every detail of the inspection as he checked all of the critical components of our Trane Air Conditioning System in preparation for the hot summer ahead. Arturo and the Total Air and Heat were very professional during the installation of our new furnace. Arturo and team arrived at our house on time. Before starting they introduced all the team members. They laid tarps down to minimize the mess. They did a first class installation job. They explained how to operate the new thermostat. When the job was complete they did a good job of cleaning up the any debris that resulted from the work. I would highly recommend Total Air and Heat to friends and family. Thanks.
