Provided by YP.comSix months ago when pulling our truck into a work area, a service technician made a large scratch down the side of the truck. We were not upset at the time, accidents happen, and we were directed to get estimates. We submitted those estimates to the service manager who has put us off for months now. We are disappointed the scratch has never been fixed and Sears was so unresponsive.
