I was struggling to get rid of roaches in the home I'd just moved into.. I used two other pest services with no luck. Not only did they have to use chemicals inside my house, it didn't work! Precision was a last ditch effort before tenting our entire house. The owners Cary and Jason and the amazing office manager Joel all spoke to me directly and sent two great techs to solve my roach problem. After two services the roaches were completely gone!! I can't express how happy I am. A customer for life!!

I Love Precision. To be honest I work for the them but being in the industry for 10 years, until now, I haven't met owners that care about their customers and employees this much. While we are growing we are constantly adjusting to make sure customer service is always top notch. I was also impressed with the results at my house. Other companies I have worked for didn't want to pay for high quality products but Precision opts for the best. I can honestly say i have had very little bug activity and haven't had to call for a free reservice. I'm proud to work for such a great company!

I've used these guys forever. One thing that is so nice is the personal service from the owners of the company, Jason and Cary. I've been on the quarterly service since 2007 and have never had an issue with them coming in between times to spot treat. When I call with an issue, they typically show up the same day and never later than the following day. And, as my rental property is much older, and with a pier and beam foundation, they sometimes have their work cut out for them. I've read some of the other reviews here and these are foreign to me and are not consistent with my experience whatsoever.

Precision is the greatest.. Jason "Courted" my wife for over a year before she gave in and said Ok we will give you a chance.. and 8 years or more later, we are still loyal customers. Keep up the works Guys!!

I was not prepared for the amount of bugs I would be dealing with when moving to Texas. I originally signed up with Home Team but after several months nothing changed and we were still dealing with bugs everywhere. I met some of the neighbors who referred me to Precision Pest Management. Julie was the representative I met and she was marvelous! She made sure the technicians they sent handled every single problem I had, which included wasps and a ton of ants, the very first time they came out. They've earned a customer for life!

These guys are the only company that does a complete job! They included the attic and garage as part of their normal price!! They had to be extremely diligent in getting rid of the rats in our new home since we back up to a field. Wouldn't use anyone else.
