A number years ago, I came in to buy my first sewing and embroidery machine.I love you very little about what I was looking for, but these people were able to give me some ideas about things that would matter later on, and they were exactly right. They ended up helping me buy a fairly inexpensive machine, not just recommending the top of the line. I have ended up loving this machine and it is still going strong and doing a really great job.after so many years, I have come up on my first issues with the machine, and brought it in to have it looked at. After asking some questions about when it started to misbehave, they were able to figure out right away what my problem was and were able to fix it for under $10.I just brought it yet again today, and,it was really neat to talk to the gentleman fixing it,because it was obvious that he has a real interest and a very good knowledge of the way that these machines work. He was able to explain to me what I was doing wrong to make it happen and show me at the same time. in every encounter I have had with these people, it has been a pleasure, and I never could have expected that years of experience and knowledge and help I would get. would recommend this place to anyone looking for a machine, or even just to get yours serviced,they are salt of the earth, and excellent in what they do and will not leave youwith a huge bill.

We bought our Esante from them in 2006 and they have always taken the time to assist me with any problems understanding how to use the machine. They offer free classes that help you advance with your machine. If I were in the market for a new machine I would definitely purchase it from them.
