Hired Milyn to pack my home on 2 different occasions. They (owner & wife) came for the first scheduled time and were very friendly & nice. They packed very quickly & efficiently. They used their boxes, most of which were boxes they had collected from other people's moves. I don't mind that they were used boxes, except that they charged me over $200 for new ones. I also used a 10% coupon which would have resulted in about $40 off. That part was forgotten but he said he would take off the 2nd part of the packinghh



We agreed that I'd be in touch and let them know when I was ready to schedule the rest of the packing job. After 4 emails and 2 phone calls, I finally sent one telling them to forget it. That was the only one they responded too. Basically said I ruined his jeans when he picked up a kitchen item and it still had grease in it. He said I owed him the $40. I disagreed, I am not responsible for his work uniform or carelessness.



After all was said and done, I paid $200 for labor and $200+ for used boxes I could have picked up at the grocery store for free. Mr Nice Guy was gone when I wanted my $40 and cancelled the 2nd half of the packing.



Save yourself the headache, use your own supplies and get everything in writing so you have recourse. Don't hire the cheapest packers, hire the ones with great reviews.
