I'm only giving 1 star to do review and warn others of this shady company. I would advise not using this company at all. Very shady and will not honor warranty/refund that is clearly printed at the bottom of the invoice receipt. I have a 2007 dodge magnum. I was experiencing a no start and called this company to come out and do a diagnostic. I was advised that my starter needed to be replaced. I paid $477.40 total for diagnosis, labor, and part. I observed the man constantly looking information up on his cell phone as if he didn't know what he was doing. After he supposedly finished my car it still did not start and I was experiencing the same issue that I was before he first touched my car. He advised me that he didn't know what was wrong with my car and there was nothing else he could do. I stated that according to his diagnosis my starter was out so why was my car still not starting. He refused to refund my money and wouldn't perform anymore work to see what was wrong with my car. I stated that I was going to call the police if he didn't refund my money and he stated he was leaving and left. I ended up having my car towed somewhere else all to find out that the reason my car was not starting was because of a $50 ignition switch actuator pin.
