I would NOT recommend this store to anyone. I went to this Jared to have my engagement stone reset into a new setting. The craftsmanship of work when they reset my stone into their engagement setting was terrible. I returned the ring for a refund, which wasn't the end of the trouble. They damaged my diamond when they removed it from their setting. They did not tell my husband about the damage, and let him leave the store without viewing my stone under the magnifier. (the damage is not visible to the laypersons eye). Long story short, another jeweler quickly pointed out the damage, and after returning to Jared for help, they denied liability, and told me to call an 800 # for customer service. This is over $2500 damage to my diamond!!!
