This place is awesome! I bought 2 pairs of Tom Davies glasses here in the past couple of years and Habacker's helped me get the best fit on these customizable frames. Very good staff and owners

These are the best fitting frames I have had in my life!

DO not go there! I bought a deal through living social and that is how I ended up doing business here. It was a horrible experience, and VERY EXPENSIVE...plus it took over six weeks to finally get my glasses! I would avoid this place, that is for sure. I am still very unhappy! I chose frames for one of the two sets of glasses I ended up with and I was getting progressive bifocals...after it was all said and done, and they were changed to just readers, Denise commented that the frames I chose were probably not good for bifocals! Someone should have told me that in the first place! And the credit difference I got for having to change them to just readers was a joke. In fact, she told me that I should go sit down and let my blood pressure go down before going on! This place is a scam, and I promise over $500 for two sets of readers, especially considering the credit of $200 from the living social deal was a joke! And one of the sets of frames I chose was off the clearance table! I wanted progressives and ended up with two sets of readers...could have done that at the dollar store, lol!

This place is definatly not for the normal person. My parents bought a $50 livingsocial deal that included an eye exam and $200.00 credit for frames and glasses and not only were they treated very rudely. After the exam they were told that because they did not use the $200.00 voucher (glasses alone were over $300.00 plus frames that started at $500.00) that it would be $30.00 extra to take the prescription home. When the manager came to speak to them he did even address my parents or even look at them before yelling at the employee that they need to pay $30.00 more for the prescription and that was final. What awful customer service. Yes my parents are very plain people and did not deserve to be treated like third class customers. Maybe management needs to realize that the US is full of many types of people. Shame on those who feel that they are more than most.

All the salespeople at Habacker's are so knowledgeable and customer oriented, always keeping your best interests and needs in mind. They have a fabulous selection of eyewear and I have recommended them to several of my friends and family members. I personally have purchased 2 fantastics frames and they were of so much better quality and fit than I found at the so called "bargain" stores. These frames have lasted so well and are so fashionable! A friend of mine bought a pair of Tom Davies' glasses and he has received numerous compliments! I would highly recommend Habacker's to anyone who is serious about the quality of their eye wear and wants to feel their business is appreciated!!

Habacker's provides a personalized level of service to its customers that is seen no where else in the Dallas area! I have been a customer to other high end frame providers but non has provided sucha "Excellent" personal service as Habacker's provides, I purchased a TOM DAVIES Bespoke frame and they are wonderful! very elegant, fashionable and comfortable, made to fit perfectly!, aside from the beautiful frame that I bought I received courteous and friendly service, I will be a customer for a long time!
