I have visited this dealership twice, with about six months between visits. The first time I went in I was interested in purchasing my first bike. This dealership is so small and the bikes are packed in so tight next to each other you can't even really get a good look at the bikes, let alone actually sit on one unless a salesperson pulls it out for you. Waited around for 15 minutes to even be acknowledged by either salesman as both were on their cell phones with what sounded like personal phone calls. When my husband and I were finally acknowledged, the salesman was less than helpful. Didn't offer very much insight into what would be a good first bike for a 5'2" woman. Basically just said, "You're probably going to have to stick with a cruiser because all the other seat heights are too high for you." I didn't want a cruiser as I don't like the looks nor riding position of a cruiser. What about a lower seat or lowering links for a sportier bike? This salesguy couldn't offter any info regarding that? Gave up and went to another dealer and bought a used sport bike that had already been lowered two inches.



Now, six months later I'm considering purchasing a Ducati Monster. Ducati cancelled their appearance at the motorcycle show, so decided to stop by the dealership to check out the new 2013 models. Walk in and don't see any 2013's only a couple of scratched up 2012's. Again it takes nearly 15 minutes before any employee offters any help. Tell him we're there to check out the 2013's. "Oh just tire kicking then?", he says. Then walks away. I say, "Um excuse me, where are your 2013's? I only see these 2012's." No answer, just keeps on walking.



I was wanting to buy a new Monster as a Christmas present to myself in the next couple of weeks, but it won't be from this place that's for sure. Even though they are very close to my house, there are other dealers in the area and I will make the drive to get better service.

Just bought a new Ducati from European Cycle Sports and I have nothing but great things to say about the folks there. They we very incredibly professional and made me feel like family from the first phone call. Customer service was great and I look forward to building a great relationship with them!

Recently I bought a Triumph Scrambler over the phone from JC at BMW North Dallas.

The price was right and they had an informative professional looking website. Buying sight unseen from a dealership I had never visited required a leap of faith. My trust was rewarded with a very pleasant sales transaction. No surprises, except for faster than expected processing of paperwork, plus above and beyond support in loading the bike. Oh yeah, one more thing, love the Scrambler.
