This is one of my favorite places to eat for lunch or dinner. I always have to wait in line but its worth it. I think they should work a bit on greeting promptly when you're trying to order, I've had to wait a long while at times and all that needs to be done is to be acknowledged. I understand they are refilling items but like I said, just an short I'll be right w you! There were someone in front of me barefoot and I'm unsure of the health code there?? LOL ( scary ). Don't get me wrong, the food is delicious and I have a bowl or burrito all the time. One last thing , sometimes the pico or guacamole changes in its spicey consistency. I never know what day it will be hotter than others. I still give you guys a thumbs up.
