Provided by YPmobilePastors CR Scott and Malinda Scott are the most dishonest and untrustworthy of what Dallas has to offer. Although, they may claim to have a desire after God's heart, they are simply using their church as a get quick rich business. Neither as a college degree nor has been to Seminary. If you search online as dallascounty.org under Criminal Records, both have records for check theft which alone should speak for itself.
