Got bumped for a new install. Decided to call another company, replaced the bad duct work I had been dealing with for several years. I did not feel like I was important. My issue got resolved but not by them.

Very nice and professional, the tech fixed the a/c quickly and the system works great.

Lewis returned to complete needed work on system and gave a great price. We will definitely use Allstate in the future.

Our technicians John and Lewis did a real great job. Lewis also educated me on some of the intricacies of a/c equipment and he also gave me his car in case I have any questions or concerns.

Was able to squeeze a same day appointment. These guys were great, very courteous and professional, especially when entering and touching things inside the house. Told me what went wrong, gave me an estimate and got everything done in no time. Very happy with the service.

These guys do good work are reasonably priced and fair. I live in an older condo with split units on their last leg. Replacement would be VERY expensive due to the location of the units and poor design of the original construction. I have had TRA out a couple of times to fix leaks and keep the units running. These guys are top notch!

After one of the hottest days of the year their air conditioner was on the blink. I called TRA to book an appointment for the next day and the dispatcher got me in the same day with in 45 mins of my call. Less than three hours after my first knowledge of the problem, it was fixed. I was really pleased with great service and it was well worth the price paid.

For the last two years, TRA has been the first company I call to conduct A/C maintenance at my house. The thing I really like about them is that they actually show up on time, and complete the work they are there to do. They have never tried to convince me that I needed extra service, or that I needed something replaced when I didn't. Good to do business with.
