They've done outstanding work for me over quite a few years. They've always been professional and courteous, and quick to respond. I had a capacitor go out last night. I called 1st Class Air Conditioning first thing in the morning. A technician arrived within an hour, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the capacitor in under 30 minutes. Awesome work. I won't let anyone else service my A/C units.

Great service! The technicians went over all of our repair and replacement options without being pushy and had our heater fixed within a few hours. This company was professional, friendly and the prices are fair. If you're in the mckinney area and need heating or AC services I highly recommend them.
