I just recently purchased my Acura MDX from them! I worked with Christian , and although car buying is one of the biggest stressful things he made it very stress free and accommodating . Along with the other employees there everyone seemed to help out and really make my purchase a successful one ! I am beyond happy with my new car and I definitely recommend anyone to go there ! All the guys at Jts really helped me with my car buying experience. They found me the car I wanted and got me financed like it was nothing.

I would highly recommend JTS Auto. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by a few employees which I thought was nice since they seemed to be quite busy. I ended up working with Jordan and he was very helpful. I told him I was looking for an SUV, that was big enough for my family and safe for my children. He showed me many makes and models and we went out on as many test drives as I requested. Jordan was very friendly and not pushy at all which was a nice change from the many car dealerships I had previously been too. Jordan asked me about my daily driving, my commute to and from work and what I could afford for monthly payments. He seemed to be genuinely interested in finding the right car to fit my lifestyle. I ended up with a Jeep Grand Cherokee and I love it! I got a fantastic deal on the car and I couldn't be happier. When I went to pick it up it was spotless and cleaned perfectly. My father use to be a mechanic so I brought it to him to take a look at. He told me the Jeep was in great condition and that he also thought I got a great deal. I was so happy with my overall experience with JTS Auto that I would recommend it to anyone looking to buy a car, truck or SUV. I bought the Jeep about 4 months ago and I still have no problems! After checking out many dealerships on 125, coming to JTS was my last stop and will now be my only stop when buying a car from now on. The salesmen are very helpful friendly and honest. I don't have the best credit and they were still able to give me a great deal and get me financed at a great rate. I have had the car for 6 months and haven't had one problem.

Dealing with Randy and Jordan at JTS Auto and Truck in Plaistow, NH was an absolute pleasure. Randy was informative, helpful, honest, straight-forward and a real class act. I recommend him highly and will undoubtedly see him at JTS Auto and Truck in Plaistow for my next car purchase. I have already recommended JTS to my friends and family.
Jordan was extremely helpful, and can no doubt find financing for anyone. I have slow credit, and JTS Auto and Truck was able to get me into the used car of my dreams with a small deposit, while giving me a generous trade allowance for my old Honda Civic.
The cars I saw at JTS Auto and Truck were clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
It has been 3 months now, and I have had no problems with my car at all. I came by to ask if there were any floor mats around, about a month after the sale, so that I could keep my floors clean. Randy introduced me to the Service Manager, Joe, who was friendly, and found a perfect set of floor mats for me. He seemed very happy to help me, and gave them to me for no charge.
It's clear JTS Auto and Truck values their customers highly.

None of the cars are detailed. You can tell very quickly that they do not care about detail and a pleasant customer experience. The sales person I met was noce but the more cars I looked at it was clear that management had a disregard to even appear like they cared.

They have a great location but are missing a great opportunity!

I would belive the "HORRIBLE" comment below because as I was looking at cars, they didn't even screw in door panels and left the ars falling off of the doors. garbage on floors in cars.

Engine light has been on since I bought my car still hasn't passed inspection I'm getting the run around from randy I bought my 13 impala two months ago and now they are treating me like I'm the bad guy fix my car

I just bought a car from this dealership, a car that was supposedly serviceable with no issues, and in a week, the transmission blew. After arguing profusely with the general manager, they agreed to tow me back to their garage and put in a new transmission. A week later, the transmission went...again. For the past several days, I've been trying to speak to Jordan to no avail. He's always conveniently out of the dealership. I think my experience speaks for itself. If there was a star rating for less than one, I'd give them 1/4.



P.S. The only useful thing about this dealership is that they have a "service" where they pick you up, but even a service that they freely offer seems like a hardship.

I've been looking for a nice used car for a few months now and couldnt find anything I liked. I drove by JTS auto on rt. 125 in plaistow, NH and noticed it was quite busy and they had some nice looking vehicles on the lot. I stopped in and they greeted my right away but didnt give me a tough sales pitch they just were being friendly and let me look for myself. When I had a couple of questions they answered them without making me feel like an idiot. I felt right at home. All the guys working seem like a tight family and that made me quite comfortable as opposed to other car lots where they talk down to me and all the employees are fighting eachother for sales. I test drove a few cars and liked both a maxima and a cadillac sts. They broke down my payments for both and gave me my best options in which to choose from. I ended up buying the Maxima and Im really happy with it. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to check them out first. They also have a website jtsmotors.com that is very helpful. After years of bad luck with subpar dealerships I will forever go to JTS auto in the future. Thank you guys for all the help
