First of all....He showed my filter to everyone in the waiting room! He & the waiters were completely disgusted with me & my air filter. How could I have let it go like this?! He told me that i had a horrible mechanic. He told me that I did a terrible job at taking care of my car. He said I needed an alignment ( In my car, you don't even have to hold the steering wheel when your on the highway) He told me that my tie rods were gone. He said i needed a fuel system flush, for $99... this guys got some game! When I said "I'm all-set" I thought he was going to vomit right there on his keyboard. He then told me "Hey, I'm gonna sleep tonight because I told you everything that was wrong with your car. You'll be sorry when your ball joints fail." I told him "thanks, but no thanks, I'm just here for the 14.99 oil change" I Left with an estimate of $677.14! Take the oil change & RUN!

Stay away, sell service you do not need at high price. Less the honest in most dealings

Suggest you go to any other dealer in area.
