I was very disappointed and will never shop this online site again. I have shopped many other sites that are cheaper and FASTER at shipping than this site ( 123 stitch, Austiner's, Cross Stitch world to name a few). I was trying to support a local shop, but learned my lesson. Although the site claims that it ships within 1-2 business days, I am 19 days out from placing my order, and have confirmed with the owner that she is waiting for one of my four items to arrive before she ships my entire order. There was no mention when I placed the order that any of the items I ordered were not in stock. Save time/money and headache, shop elsewhere!!!

Extremely satisfied! I placed a large order with Bobbie which included 1 out of print pattern as well as fabric that was out of stock. The web site clearly indicates fabrics may take several weeks, and any out of stock items would hold the entire order to avoid additional postage. My order status was updated regularly online , and my order was shipped in 11 days priority mail. They have hard to find patterns and the best assortment of linens on the internet. Great prices (especially their 20% off sales) and very low shipping rates. This is my new go-to shopping site, just may need a little patience.

Worst customer service ever!! After a week my order had not shipped. I emailed to get an update & never got a response. I called the next day & no one answered. I sent an email later that day to cancel my order. I had not been charged at that time. A very rude woman finally called me to say my order was packed & ready to ship the next day. I told her to cancel it like I asked in the email & she said she would have to charge me a service fee!!!! What the heck!?!? She then hung up on me!!! She better not charge one cent to my account.

I ordered a couple of hard to find patterns. I did call to make sure they could be had and was told "yes." Delivery was a bit slow because they had to order them, but I now have them. Fair prices and shipping.

I would happen to agree with the reviews below. No communication whatsoever about the status of my items. I would have liked to have seen these reviews before. They did take my money, but I still do not have my items. Very saddened.

The worst of the worst in cross stitch shops. Do not shop here!! I waited for weeks and weeks for my order and then it was wrong,. It was missing one of the two items I ordered and I was charged for it!! Also the shop owner is rude and not helpful. Go anywhere else!!

I have to second the complaint in the other review. Took 12 days to ship, although the website says it will ship a full week quicker than that. Didn't respond to my first e-mail, then said she didn't receive it. Whatever. Lots of other merchants to use, and I will from now on.

I submitted an order that I have yet to receive and was not told an item was not even in stock until I sent repeated e mails. Of all the cross stitch sites on line, this is the worst. Never has it taken over 10 days to get something and no forthcoming answer ad to when. Terrible customer service, although they had no problem taking my money.
