I would give a zero but I was nice and gave a 1. They were in time but took to many breaks. It was dark so parts were left on the truck. Spoke with the numerous times. They said they would drop off the parts. 2 weeks later I'm still waiting and this was after speaking with the owner who said he would get it to me within 48 hours. Terrible I would not ever use them again or ever recommend anyone.

We had a series of terrible experiences with this company. They are pleasant in the office (though unresponsive once I began to express concerns), but they took VERY shoddy care of our items, badly scratching the top of an antique table, delivering us someone else's bed part and then not taking it back to the storage facility (some other family must still be searching for this part), delivering only two thirds of an expensive bike rack (thus useless), and LOSING a brand new $500+ leather office chair. They moved paintings and quality furniture in the rain without protecting our items at all -- nor wiping them down after they got wet. We made a claim (this took several tries to get their attention) and were offered their "per pound" insurance reimbursement of $90 -- not including the scratched dining room table, for some reason (probably too many pounds for their liking). I've never in my life written a negative review, but I wish I had been forewarned. This is a STORAGE company, NOT a moving company, and they will NOT PROTECT your stuff in transit. But they also lose your stuff while in "storage"!!! So sad and frustrated with this whole experience.

Worst movers ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Late by 12 hours slow but you still have to pay them and they lie.. they state 24 hour on call person but he/she will not pick up NOT WORTH THE MONEY
