Not happy that was never able to resolve issues with over $300 of wine that was never delivered. Even after months of multiple communications through mail and calling. Each time I did reach a person, they had excuses for the delay and promised to resolve the issue, but never was. Had been a long time customer, but will never do business with them again.
In addition the wines delivered all tasted a bit off. Most likely from improper storage.
The wines listed on the website are often not even in stock, which is why they never delivered my wines. As you can tell, there is no real service here. No responses to phone messages or rings with no answer and emails in frequently responded to with false promises of resolving issues. They don't eve deserve one star.

Customer for 8 years, but not a frequent buyer (AS MIKE WAS QUICK TO POINT OUT). Bought a case of wine that was not accurately represented on the website...the picture indicated it was a blend and the description indicated a cabernet. Well, often cabs are blended so I figured I was getting the blend that I wanted. Wine showed up and nope....it was not as depicted in the image. Called Mike, and the customer was wrong, wrong, wrong.



Sending wine back. AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING DUE TO THEIR MISREPRESENTATION.



Far better service from competitors...WineAccess and Wine Express.
