If I could rate this as a zero I would. The workers there are very unprofessional and very nasty! I had bought a part for my heat at home and it was never used and they would not let me return it and said it had scratches on it and was used and it was not. No where on the receipt shows return policy. I asked to speak to a manager or corporate and I was told he was the owner and he called me a liar and hung up on me. I then called again and spoke to someone name Joe and he was very nasty as well and started talking over me and would not let me speak. He made a rude statement saying if someone returned a used pair of underwear would I want to buy it. He also hung up on me. I would not recommend this company to anyone! they will not refund you a cent! Very nasty and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I called again several time and they just kept hanging up on me!

I asked where is my item that order, he said it was cancelled and email sent to me. I ask if he can forward me the email, and he reply " Just go away, just go away, the order is cancelled" and hang up!

Do NOT do business with this company. We ordered a part online, after hours on a Friday. We paid an extra 30.00 to get next day air shipping. We assumed the part would ship on Saturday and be delivered on Monday. When the part wasn't delivered my husband called them to inquire The guy was EXTREMELY rude and raised his voice a little. My husband asked the man not to raise his voice and then the man went on some kind of rant. Telling my husband he wouldn't do business with rude people and that they were intercepting our shipment and canceling our order. Then the man hung up on my husband. The exchange lasted all of 30-45 seconds and my husband couldn't have said more than a few sentences. I called back and the same man answered, although when I asked if he was the same man, he said he wasn't. But he clearly was the same person. I tried to (calmly) diffuse the situation (because the part is for our furnace and we have NO heat and 6 children) but the man wouldn't have any of it. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said the other person was the owner and he was an owner too. I then asked him his name. He replied that his name was Steve. I asked what his last name was and he said it was not relevant. I was told after asking, that my money would be refunded "in a day or two". I listened to the conversation between the man and my husband and while my husband may have come off as slightly agitated (he only spoke a few sentences) he was not rude. The man could have simply stated their shipping policies instead of all of this. So now we have to wait for the money to be refunded and find another part and wait for it to ship.
