See. I'd have forgiven the horrible arrangement they sent me that looked NOTHING like what my husband ordered, only including one flower the was in the ordered arrangement, replacing lilies with carnations and a MUCH cheaper vase. They sent a replacement bouquet to complete the arrangement but there was a nasty note in big blue letters, "Replacement Complain." Rude rude rude. The first time my husband called they thought he was on hold but they're not smart enough to know the difference between putting the handset down and actually hitting hold so he heard their entire conversation from asking each other who made that arrangement to acting like he's being a nuisance because he, well, wanted what he paid for. The second time, the owner was a rude (expletive). He was supposed to come by to get the flowers and give my husband a refund but they still hadn't been picked up as of 8:30 pm last night. Then I called today to remind them to get the flowers and he said their busy. Check out yelp for my full review and someone send who had the same exact story. Don't use this business
