Provided by YP.comAn honest review from a mom with 2 girls who have danced competitively for a few years now. Infinity Dance Academy has positive points, yes they do. The instruction for there competitive program is excellent and the teachers are good to the children they instruct. The recreational dance program is average with more leniency in instruction and non-correction if the technique is done incorrectly in many cases. The yearly recital is expensive and there are many hidden costs which are not included in your recital fee. Your children are expected to purchase a t-shirt in order to participate in the finale dance. Of course it is optional but then again your children will be excluded from being in the finale if you choose not to purchase this t-shirt. Also your recital fee does not include more then 2 seats per family (not per person but per family) and extra seats are charged at a premium.
The prices they charge are highly competitive and one of the main reasons many people choose to go there, it doesn't hurt that there is not another competitive dance studio in the area that comes close to the quality of instruction. However there competitive dance program runs late into the summer and they schedule there recital in late June and there national competition in July which leaves no room for summer vacations. Be prepared to dance year round without a summer vacation.
However the bad side. The studio has a definite line between an inner and outer circle. The inner circle gets favoritism and once your "hooked" you will notice it very quickly. Yes I perhaps fall into the group that gets preferred dance choices however it doesn't mean I like seeing what happens to the ones who are not and live my life with the motto of fairness for all as all Christians should.
The owner of the studio is not approachable to many and will act very indifferent in many cases to any concerns you may have. She deals with many issues in a very unprofessional manner. However on the other hand the office manager is high approachable and a pleasure to deal with.
My recommendation is to search out another studio even if it means driving just a little bit farther and paying a little bit more.

Provided by YP.comVery talented dancers and instructors but it's location next to a drug addiction meeting hall is very unappealing when it comes to leaving your kids. The studio is also very small and cramped, pricing was never made clear, not well organized to someone new coming in. While the talent is here there are better places to go.

Provided by YP.comI did recommend my best friend and she loves it there. She previously had her daughter enrolled in another dance studio and says her daughter has advanced rapidly in Infinity compared to her previous dance studio. My daughters love it there and when. I ask them if they want to return to their old studio they answer with a resounding NO!
They love Miss Jolene, Casia, Andi, Stephanie and the newest addition Miss Alison. Professional teachers and a decent dance space with a comfortable atmosphere.

Provided by YP.comInfinity has excellent teachers and they are very strong on technique. However as the other reviewer mentioned it is a very clique studio and therefore hard to fit in. However that said many dance studios are like this and it's not uncommon. You have to decide whether you are there for your child to learn dance or for you to make friends. The studio can be disorganized at times but at the same time they are strong on dance technique and do well in competitions. Would I recommend them? Absolutely! Great teachers, reasonable prices, and some very nice people mixed in with the not so nice ones.

Provided by YP.comVery talented teachers and a great support staff to answer all your questions.
A very cliquish studio thus making it difficult to find a place to fit in. Lacks discipline in the dance room. The studio does not offer updates as to what improvements your child would need to make in order to progress with dance. Rules are issued but they are not enforced.
