The employees are absolutely horrible!! They have VERY personal conversations instead of asking if you are finding everything okay. Sometimes I send my friend in the pick up and order and they are unbelievably rude to my friends that are trying to help me out! I will forever drive out of my way to not shop at this location! Greenwood ladies are so awesome and sweet!! I wish I had corporates phone number!!! And to the lady that said they go above and beyond must work there or is completely lying!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I've shopped here for years and today I was treated like crap!! The sales lady "Michelle" was yelling at my 4 year old daughter and argued with me over a sale price. She literally raised her voice at me when I told her I was overcharged. She never apologized, and made a huge scene in front of the store!! Never will i support this business again. I was so upset that I did not even purchase my products. I returned them and said I will not shop here because of your awful customer service!!
