My daughter started at Mathnasium about 8 months ago when she was in second grade. I would get notes home from the teacher almost daily about how worried she was about my daughter's math comprehension. It was out of sheer frustration that I walked into Mathnasium. Within 2 months Abbey's teacher was sending notes home saying what an improvement she has made. This year is 3rd grade and Abbey is consistently bringing home A's on TIMED math quizzes. I joke that if it weren't for Mathnasium that paper would come home unfinished and wet with tears! Her confidence level is through the roof and it shows in other areas as well. As a mother I would recommend Mathnasium of Plainfield without a doubt.Mr. John and the rest of the staff are wonderful people who obviously love to teach. Abbey looks forward to her sessions. I am 100% satisfied with my experience!

Not knowing about Mathnasium I failed Algebra 2 my junior year. I decided to take American School (homeschool summer-school) for the class. My deadline was August 1st and like any 17 year old I procrastinated until the last minute. With about 3 weeks left before i had to turn it in I looked for help. I called Kumon but their approach was unsuccesful. I then called Mathnasium and was immediatly interested. Tomorow will be my last day there after just 2 short weeks and Saturday morning my entire summer school book will be completed and in the mail. I will deffinetly be coming back for more math help in the fall when school starts. it is a great enviroment and even better experience.
