I took my car to Crash Champions for a quote after my insurance had issued me a check for the repair. I told them how much the insurance had given me for the repair and it is upon that amount that I'm doing the repair. They asked me to send them a copy of the estimate. What I didn't know was, they were going off on the estimate and not the actual amount the insurance had issued Throughout the repair, there was no mention of a deductible because I know my insurance had already deducted before issuing me a check for my repair and didn't have to pay it the second time at the repair shop. But unfortunately, that is what Crash Champion did. when I picked up my car they told me I am responsible for the deductible because I didn't pay physical money to the insurance company which I believe it is a rip off and it should have been clarified and communicated to me even before any repair work should have been started. I am rating them a 2 because they failed to communicate a vital information and were not upfront with me as a customer. They violated my right to vital information as a customer.
