My Husband just got his contractors license and got tired of spending a ton of money on rentals. I found Pacific Coast Iron on Craigslist. I called and immediately got through to Adam in sales. I picked his brain on possible financing options, different models, attachments, etc. He had a straight answer for everything. The greatest part is he didn't try to get me to spend more money on something we didn't need. I ended up deciding on a Deere skid steer. PCI went through and serviced everything and delivered the unit for free. I had a bunch more questions even after the sale and adam always got back to me right away. I was blown away the level of professionalism and customer service. We will continue to come back to pacific coast iron for all of our equipment needs!
