I purchased the split king size bed from the Santa Clarita Home Show. The salesman was good and the bed was delivered. The delivery was ok, the delivery man broke a part and I saw him put the part in his pocket. When I asked about what happened, she said "That happens all the time." I asked him to replace the part, if the manufacture made it that way, I wanted it on the bed. He told me he would have one mailed to me. He continued the install. The two sides have an attachment so they do not pull apart. I asked the installer about that piece and he said they rarely put that in. I told him I wanted the beds to stay together, without the part they would pull apart. He told me they usually do not install that part. I asked him to install it on my bed. The installers did not know how to install that part, they pulled out the instructions, laying them on the floor like I do when assembling an Ikea dresser. They put it together and said they were done. I still saw a large box they hadn't opened. I asked them about the box. He told me that was the cool pad. I asked, why they had not opened the box. They said they usually let the home owner install that, but they could if I wanted them to. I had them install the cool pad.



The deal was two sets of sheets. When they came I realized no one ever asked me about a color of sheet. The installer brought two sets of brown (tan) sheets. I wasn't really happy with the color and the installer said I could call the office and choose a different one. I called the office and spoke to a woman. She took all my information and we chose a different color. She told me I told a color they did not have in stock and would have to order them. She told me it would take five weeks.



I spoke to the owner regarding the installation problems. The owner told me how long the installers had been with them and said he could not believe what I was saying. He basically did not believe me.



I didn't receive the broken part until I called and talked to the delivery manager and he told me he never heard that there was a problem with my installation. I received the part in the mail.



I still have not received the sheets. I ordered the sheets in April 2015 and it is now Aug 31, 2015. Today, I called again and the guy who answered the phone told me there was no notation in "the system" regarding my sheets. He told me the woman I spoke of is no longer with the company.? and I would have to again talk with the owner.
