Best used car buying experience ever! No kidding!

Seen a luxury car advertised at a good deal and it was exactly what we have been looking for. Called the owner from Georgia and received all details on the car. I flew to California, the owner picked me up from the airport to check it out and the luxury car was actually better in shape than expected. The owner took me back to the airport and we picked the car up 2 weeks later.

Even than, Ray, the owner picked us up from the airport and had the car ready for us, which was parked in his showroom. A most pleasant experience with a honest and courteous dealer much better we found than with many others dealer we dealt before. There was no up charge from the list price, just tax and registration. A good deal comparing to other dealers who get you in with a low price and then add, add on for a larger margins of profit. So far we drove thousands of miles w/o any problems. would use him again in need in the future

A few years back my daughter was looking for her first car to buy. When we picked it up we took it to a mechanic who informed us that some work had to be done. We took it back and supposedly this outfit fixed it. We took it back to the same mechanic and he found even more things wrong with it. We had our mechanic fix the problems and presented Auto Network with a bill for the mechanical work. The dealer refused to fix.



The California Bureau of Automotive Repair was contacted but their was nothing the agent could do since we did not allow the Auto Network to fix the problems first even though the dealer denied the problems existed.



We went to CarMax to sell the car and they informed us that the car had been in an accident that bent the frame and showed us the damage inside the trunk. The Cal. Bureau of Auto Repair agent would not assist us even with this new information and the dealer would not acknowledge.



I would advise anyone looking to buy a used car to avoid this dealer specifically and maybe the entire company.
