WhiteBrooks Apartments is owned by new management. The owner is a nice guy who is doing everything he can to beautify the place, repair the buildings and bring in 'decent' tenants, but most of the new people have moved out because the owner hired a known pedophile as the maintenance man. In recent months, this 'maintenance' man has been promoted to live-in 'landlord'. The remaining people at Whitebrooks have no idea why the new owner favors this person. He is rude, he breaks the rules (he plays loud music, but yells at tenants for doing the same thing), and he is on a constant power trip. Plus, they just raised the rent to $700.00. While the place is nicer than it has ever been in years, this creepy guy SHOULDN'T be here. Good families with children have already moved out because they learned of this man's history. I am not saying that people can't be reformed (I am a strong believer in it), but I figured people looking for a place should know before going there.
