I have had my acct with citizens for 47 years. No matter what branch I go into and more now in pittsfield nh..they are accommodating..pleasant and helpful. I had my acct hacked three times and they were right on it. Go citizens

If I could give less than one star I would. After the bank made a mistake and cashed a check that we had put a stop payment on, they then charged our account with over 1500.00in fees. In our atemp to get some of the fees back, The manager of the Pittsfield Wendycall my husband simply to yell at him and tell him she will make it her mission to make sure we could not get any of the fees back. And so far shes kept that promise. The real kicker is that my husband is seriously ill, and has been in and out of the hospital several times this week. Why she felt the need to harass him I dont know. I think maybe she doesnt like disabled people. since at this point we had no money for either food or medicine. The otter lack of any human compassion amazes me. How she sleeps at night is beyond me and my only solace is that at least she is not part of my family. Do not do business with this bank, if fact do not do business with anyone who does use this bank.
